Hello all,
I am trying to make buttons on my dashboard that will allow me to alter the number of processors, staff, and people modules independently of one another. I first tried by making a button that alters the layout of the number of people modules available for a specific task. That worked well, until the "Set" layout button all of a sudden stopped saving my layout changes. But, what I am noticing now is that using the change layout option is not what I am really needing because I can not do this independently on each group of processors/modules/people. In other words, I want to change the number of processors that do a certain task (group1) independently of changing other groups of processors (say group 2, group 3, etc); however, I want to maintain the ability to have a button that also will change the number of processors in group 2 without altering group 1, group 3, etc. For example, on the coast around file, you are able to change the number of cars separately from the number of people who use the car. I would like that same ability but with processors, people modules like registration desks, and staff like clerks, individually, rather than flowitems. It's important to note here that I do not just need to create an item with a button. I need to change the number of processors/people modules/staff, and these things need to already be a part of different groups so that I can have logic already applied to them and they work and alter the flow of the model after clicking the button and should not require any work to get the model functioning again.
Thank you for any help!
