I want to get the time between the creation of a token (see at the left in my process flow) and the time when an AGV picks something up (at the right (pick-up pallet milestone)). Why is this not working?
On the left, the token is involved. At the right, 'current' is involved.

"token" and "current" would always be different things. The way you can reference one token from the other is by assigning the puller to a label and using that. Of course you have to make sure that the "puller" is whatever you set as "involved" in the flow on the right.
