Qaiting for event in patient flow says is invalid, what to do in this case?

You have to set the fields for the activity 'Waiting for Event', properly in each process flow that you were working. For instance, who will be the instance in that case, staff or equipment? Who is waiting for one event to occur? You can see that the token is always "on hold" activity. 
I'm new to FlexSim and I don't know much, is it possible to explain it within my simulation or explain it step by step in more detail?
