Some Problems in Model Learning

I encountered some problems while learning some previous models in the community, such as using message triggering, but I couldn't find the specific content of message triggering. If possible, please give me some tips

The fluid tank has build in triggers for when it becomes full or empty that send a message to the tank to allow the user to react to those events.
