I encountered a problem during the process of learning processflow, which is that when my goods arrive at the designated location and trigger an event, I pull out a CRANE from the list to handle the transportation task. However, it is possible that all overhead cranes are busy, and this trigger event will fail. The goods will continue to wait in place. Is there any good solution to this situation

By default a token will wait in a Pull from List activity until the pull is successful. So while an item might have to wait until there is a crane available, it should be moved eventually, if you didn't change any settings.
If this is not what you expect, what would you want to happen in the case of there being no available cranes?
