Results not matching

Hi. I'm working on a model that has transporters loading mix machines and other tasks. I exported the results to an excel sheet but when comparing to the theoretical values the "Loading Mix" task has a big difference. Can anyone help me with this problem. I believe this may be caused if the "message" to the state of the transporter is in the wrong place, but I checked and I believe it's correct. Maybe something is off

Many of those processes only apply to a single transporter. But the percentages you show seem to be averages.

If I look at the utilization of the specific transporter, then the state percentages match the theoretical values quite well. (Of course there is going to be some variance based on how long ago the process was last triggered)

In the excel, on the "simulation" column I calculated the ocupation rate of all the transporters like it was only one.

So do you think there is nothing wrong with de sim model?

No, I think your calculations are wrong, because, as you can in my screenshot, Transporter01 has spent 8.75% of the time (at 86400s model time) in the "MC1". Which is reasonably close to the target of 8.5% (because the auxilary task is started for the first time directly at model start, it's to be expected that the actual percentage is a little higher than the target). The same is true for other auxilary tasks.

I can't really comment on the non-auxilary tasks. You know the model and how it's supposed to behave. So it's on you to validate that the model is working correctly and that the transporters are in the correct state at all times. Though some deviation is always to be expected. I doubt that the theoretical model could predict the travel times completely accurate.
