Hey @Jesús Padilla, recording Dashboards with the Video Recorder is a little quirky.
First, you can't use a Basic Sequence in the Video Recorder to record a Dashboard. You have to use a Shared Sequence with the Dashboard as a layer on top of another view as the base (usually a 3D view).
There is also an issue with the data in a Dashboard not always being up to date when a video is being recorded. This issue is on the dev list, and you can find more information about it, along with a workaround, in this post.
The linked comment also includes a good example of how to set up the Shared Sequence (with the workaround). It is for an older version of the software, but a newer version (up to 24.2 for now) would be set up the same way.
And finally, in playing around with things, I did find the size of the Dashboard can affect how it appears in the recording. I have found that keeping a Dashboard in its own window and setting the size of that window to fit just around the chart(s) you want to show make those charts show up better in the recording. You may need to play around with it to get it to look good with your model.
