Branching in case of failure in mass flow conveyor

Hello

please tell me

I would like to recreate a production line using mass flow conveyors.

I would like to use MTTR/MTBF1 to stop item generation from MFC1 when MFC1 fails.

I also want to transfer items from MFC1 to MFC9.


I tried running it in a subflow, but it didn't work as expected.

You need to change the Generative rate of MFC1, change the UpstreamOutputOrder of MFC2 to zero and that of MFC9 to 1. I added labels to MFC to easily reference those two conveyors in the subflow. For MFC1 to empty you must not stop the conveyor.
