How to do the scheduling according to the size of the number set in the label?

I have lebel set up in source and the tag name is profit.

Now I need to set the profit from big to small to be processed in the production line.

What can I do besides processflow?

If possible I would like you to change my model directly and tell me how to set it up, thanks!
