Otherwise, you may just need to make sure the CSV file is using the same name in your sourcefile variable as the file in the model's directory. I don't think it throws an error if there is no file with the given name.
If you saved the file in Excel, make sure it is a CSV file. I like to see if I can open the file in a text editor to see if it looks fine.
You could also try changing directories just to make sure it's not a permissions issue. Or, you could try opening FlexSim with the "Run as administrator" option to also test permissions.

I am able to import a test csv file. Please see my attached zip to see how I have everything set up. Can you check that your file is a csv file (not a workbook/worksheet) and that it is in the correct location?
