I have two inputs (materials or items) that will have the same operation and i want to use only one machine, it can be a processor or something else, and have two outputs in the end. How can i do it?

You can store the entry port on a label on the item in the On Entry trigger of the processor. Then use that in the Send to Port field to send the item to the correct exit.
