I am having an issue with applying a server license. I have a enterprise server license that I have used in the past. Today when I tried to use FlexSim, the software was indicating that I only had the express license. I went through the process to apply the license in the License activation/License server tab, but the License type does not change. I have tried applying it and applying it and restarting. How can I check the status of my license? I am using version 22.2.0

Your license code should have been applied to the license server. In your software you would not apply the license code but instead point your software to your server.

@Gerald, for any type of license, but especially for server licenses, I have found the surefire way to see what type of license the software is using is to go through the Help menu, choose About FlexSim, and look at the License line.
If it says None, then the software isn't utilizing a server license or the license is too old for your version of the software (usually, it will indicate a license needs to be upgraded for the second case). If there is an issue, you'll want to look at the Troubleshooting section of the link from Ben's comment.
