I am facing issues in developing a simulation model using Flexsim 2023. The problem involves a warehouse with 9 ASRS cranes operating in a double-deep configuration, receiving products from 3 production lines. The production rates are as follows: Line 1 produces 45 pallets per hour, Line 2 produces 48 pallets per hour, and Line 3 produces 55 pallets per hour. Additionally, the production facility receives empty pallets from the ASRS 5 times per hour, with each delivery consisting of a stack of 10 pallets.
The transportation of goods is handled by 11 RGVs running in a loop over a total distance of 410 meters. The RGVs always pick up pallets from the nearest location first. The issue encountered is that some production lines experience delays, resulting in a total monthly time loss of 440 minutes. Therefore, I want to create a Flexsim 2023 simulation model to analyze and identify the root cause of the problem.
