My file displays an error message before I even run the model. As I want to import datas from Excel, this error interromps the loading.

On your first activity (10_Arrival) there is an error in the Transport Requirement field. To make that field show up change the activity type to Transport Patient > Process. Hit the red X button to remove the Transport Requirement with the error in it.

Switch the activity type back to Patient Travels Unattended and your model will work fine now.

The other option is to just delete the first activity and recreate it.
