You should contact Moffat & Nichol directly for support.

In 2012 FlexSim CT was acquired by Moffatt & Nichol. At that time, FlexSim US remained the point of contact for existing clients until the expiration of their maintenance contract. After that time, Moffatt & Nichol is the point of contact for all things related to FlexSim CT and FlexTerm (the updated and ongoing upgrade from FlexSim CT).

FlexSim CT/FlexTerm has a common lineage with FlexSim. There are some sorts of FlexSim CT questions that this community may be able to help you with, especially in regards to non-modeling-related questions like licensing, graphics support, etc., you may be able to get some good answers here.

However, your best bet will be to work directly with Moffat & Nichol support, so please contact them with your questions.

actually i posed here many question about modeling and received no replies .. and i thouthg that the forums are combined together .. i will try to contact CT supporters yet .. thanks

@Ahmed Azab Software upgrades and technical support are available through keeping your maintenance current. As your maintenance for FlexSim CT is expired, the best solution would be to upgrade to FlexTerm through Moffat & Nichol.
