when two item are waiting at the same time in two different queue for processing ,how can i give priority that item in the first queue comes first the item in the second queue comes second ,this should happens continuously until the simulation stops

Attached is a model that will do what you describe. You just need to set the Use Transport and Priority fields in the first Queue.
