Is it possible to connect a conveyor to a plane directly by A-connection?

Hi,

I noticed that if one has a plane (to be used as a container) it is not possible to connect a conveyor directly to a plane using the A-click-and-drag method. Instead, I have to connect the conveyor to something else, say a queue which creates the exit transfer. The exit transfer can then be connected to the plane using A-click-and-drag.

Is this the way one has to do the connecting of a conveyor to a plane for the moment?
