In FlexSim 2016 Update 1, we updated to use Microsoft's new API enhancements for Windows that correctly and securely load external libraries.

In order for these API enhancements to work, you need to install a critical Windows security update (KB2533623).

You can download it here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2533623

Once you install that update, FlexSim will correctly load and connect to the module dlls.

I'm not sure what is happening or how it got into this state. It appears that your modules are 64-bit, but the FlexSim application itself is 32-bit.

Try uninstalling the program, and then reinstalling it. When reinstalling it, open up the Advanced options and select 32-bit.

But there is no option to choose 32/64bit on a 32bit computer. Only 64bit computer has.

Correct, if your computer is 32 bit you will only be able to install 32 bit FlexSim, no options will be available for changing the architecture.
