Failed to Initialized Excel Application

Hi, I have Excel 2010 spanish version, and when I try to import a file into FlexSim this msg shows up.......

I have windows 8, and Excel 2010.

What version of FlexSim?

It's possible FlexSim isn't able to access Excel. Try running FlexSim as an administrator and try the Excel import.

You may want to try reinstalling Excel making sure to download the entire install file and run it (as opposed to the Click-to-run route). It's possible your registry is messed up such that it can't find the Excel Application.

Maybe there is a difference between the localization US/ English and spanish.

I don't think there is any difference between English and Spanish versions in terms of how you create an Excel instance within C++.

@Matt Long at the end I reinstall Excel and now works excellent!
