need to fill in order one rack 6 levels with 10 bays double cell capacity, I am ordered me well until a certain part and then all go into a single cell until it meets the stop but some cells remain empty, if someone helps me it I appreciate.

You simply forget to adjust the number of items per cell to "2" in the Place in Bay-function. Both cell capacity parameters should be the same in Place in Bay and Place in Level.
