How to assign a token label to an item? I know I could do it with Label Assignment Table of Event-Triggered Source but i want to use Scheduled Source.

Instead of creating a flowitem and then creating a token, you may find it easier to create the token and have it create the flowitem. To do this you would use the "Schedule Source" activity followed by a "Create Object" activity in a process flow. I generally prefer to use a Queue as the destination object of the "Create Object" activity. The "Create Object" activity has an option for adding labels to the object that you create.
