Installer error 0X80070424

Hi, someone faced this problem during the installation. Please let me know how should I advice him.

This problem occurs when the Windows Modules Installer service is stopped or is corrupted.

Here is the support article from Microsoft regarding this error. It includes a fix.

It is also worth looking at FlexSim's suggestions for installation or startup errors.
