Operator knows that the process is full

I do not know, but I think this problem is a bit difficult to solve

1. My Processor (Assembly) I have Around 5 minutes. And I have only 1 Processor.

2. The Operator Insert a Item in Processor, but this Processor (Heater) is so much Slow (around 30 minutes). And Is possible isert ONLY ONE item in each Porcessor each 30 minutes. And I have 5 Processor (Heater)

3. The Transport of item between (Assembly and Heater) will be done by Operator, so this Operator Will you need to know which (Heater) is full because the time (30 Minutes) not finish yet and Insert the insert this item in a Heater Empty

So is possible to do this?

I'm not exactly sure what it is you're asking. I think the default behavior of FlexSim accomplishes this. By default each processor only has a 1 item limit, so the processor automatically will not send more than 1 item to "full" processors. So all you need to do is create your Assembly processor, connected to your 5 other Heater processors.. By default the processor will send an item to "First Available," meaning it will look to see if there are any openings down stream, if so it will send it to the first one that's open. Then just connect your operator's centerport to the processor (hold 's' key, click and drag) And check the Use Transport box in the Assembly's properties.
