We installed FlexSim but as soon as we opened the executable we get the following error message: allow the sub flow to control it. So when you run the sub flow it's throwing an error because. Attached the screen.

Previously we appeared the same error message and we were told to install C ++ or install on some client computer and not on the server, this time we performed the above steps and did not work, Also appears error when entering ProcessFlow, could they help us?

Is your system up to date on all Windows Updates? You are probably missing the one @phil.bobo mentions in this answer:
