Does FlexSim have a run-only license?

I want to allow my client to use my model for experiments, but not make changes to the model (inputs are via Excel). (Both for proprietary reasons and for cost.) Is there a run-only license available for FlexSim that would allow this?

FlexSim 16.2.2

Hi @Craig DIckson,

If you install FlexSim and don't license it at all, it will run in the Express mode, which can open and run any model. The Express limitations will apply (can't add new objects to a model over the object limit, can't save a model with more objects than the limit, repeating random streams, no experimenter, etc.), but it is adequate to show a model, and keep any changes from being saved. This is the version that anyone can download and play with as a free trial.

There is also a Runtime license (contact your local distributor directly for purchase information). The Runtime license allows any model to be opened and run. Parameters can be changed or new data imported, but objects can't be added or deleted. Randomness is enabled, allowing for proper Experiment runs.

Let us know if you have any questions regarding Express or Runtime capabilities, or contact your distributor directly for pricing or other questions.
