how do i build a simulation model with robotic arm

how do i build a simulation model for a robotic arm picking items around a carousell sturcture?

Hi Andikhairul,

I am not entirely clear on what kind of applications the carousel is being used for. If it is for a machining center loading parts, the simplest way I can think of is using a combination of a combiner (to load into slot), queues (slots), separator (unload from slot and load into the machine). The robot can be connected to the separator using a center connection for unloading. I have attached an example model for reference. Hope this helps!!

I need to simulate the robotic arm for pick and place purpose. If you can help with simple model in flexsim, i will be thankful. Problem statement is to pick the box from one machine or conveyor, rotate it, and place on another conveyor or machine. Kindly help with the same
