Why doesn't check-in patient face the PES in the attached model?

idbc-triage-room-05-06-17-b.fsmIn the attached model, all of the patients, except for the Checkin patients, face the PES during check-in. How can I have all of the patients face a PES? Thanks,

Tee

@Tee Hiett Do you mean how they initially face away? Once the PES steps up to them then they do face the PES.

Actually, Tee's right. In fact, I've changed graphics, tried to alter the patient's position (i.e. rotation) after their arrival, and a variety of other things only to discover the same thing happens.

I've even tried adding an unused patient graphic at the end of the array to no effect.

Bottom line is that it's a mystery to me, too!

I can't replicate this. The patients are correctly facing the staff:

Maybe you should try changing the shape of the object to a phone or computer?

This morning, I was reviewing this model with the 2 staff members working on the project and mentioned this problem with the check-in patient. They immediately pointed out that the check-in patient had a separate track. We made the changes to the check-in track and the problem was solved.

Get people who know the actual process involved!
