Conveyors can be bidirectional?

Good afternoon.

First of all I apologize for my English, I will try to be as brief and concise. My question is: Can a conveyor be reversible? That is, a flowitem can enter at one end and exit at the opposite and then pass another item in the opposite direction on the same conveyor. (It should be said that the items must not pass simultaneously in opposite directions on the same conveyor)

If you can, how do you do it? (In case I do not explain myself well, I leave a schematic image of what I want to achieve).

Regards.-

I see that your FlexSim license expired in Nov. 2015. That also means that your support from FlexSim has also expired. So I have copied @Jorge Toucet on this response so that you both can get together and renew your license.

That being said, the answer to your question is no. Conveyors can only travel in one direction. But you could put two conveyors on top of each other so that they appear as a single conveyor. Then you could simply open/close input ports (EntryTransfer points) for the conveyors as your model requires. I hope this helped some? I'll enter Jorge's information here so that you two can get together and renew your FlexSim license.
