Average waiting room time

About Flexsim HC, I would like to calculate the time of waiting room per patient. In reality, when a patient finishes the registration process has to wait in the waiting room until being attend by the nurse (as shown in the picture). But whe i follow a patient the simulation don't calculate the time of waiting in the waiting room. how can i see that time?

You can get the average waiting room time by using the Locations Dwell Time chart.
