Every warehouse has some average inventory (stokc) in the racks so, I want to start the simulation with some stock of pallets or boxes in the racks. How I can do that?
You can connect a source to the rack. Use an arrival schedule to only generate items at the start of the simulation (arrival time 0).
Another common way of approaching these problems in FlexSim is actually letting the simulation start with empty racks, then run it for a bit longer than you need to and throw away the first bit of statistics. For example, if you want to run it for a week, set the run time to 9 days with a warmup time of 2 days. After 2 days all the racks should have been filled with realistic stock, then all the statistics are reset and measured for the last 7 days only.
