Experiment with operators

I want to run an experiment asking what is the optimal number of operators for my model. All the operators are tied to the same dispatcher. How would i turn an operator ON and OFF in experimenter?? what variable do I change?

object variable?? disabling/enabling a time table??

Hi Shawn Murty,

You can vary the number of task executors variable in the scenarios tab of the experimenter.

@thanks @Arun KR. Its close to what I need, but not quite. So I started with 2 operators on a dispatcher. 1 on 1st shift, and the other on 2nd shift. When I ran the experimenter and used the task executer as the variable, the person on 2nd operator (on 2nd shift) never shows up for work.

I'm just guessing the experimenter takes the 1st operator and replicates its information.

I'm thinking i'll have to attach each shift to its own dispatcher (and change the number of operators in the experimenter)
