HTML Export - Blank Charts

I am using FlexSim 17.2.2 and am having issues exporting the dashboard I have setup with charts for the model. I can do the export fine but when I try to look at the file I just see a bunch of boxes where the charts would be.

PS: I have tried to open in IE and Chrome.

Any ideas on what this could be?

It could be a bug with the newer charts. It may have been fixed in newer versions of FlexSim, but you will need to post a model so we can get a better idea about why this might be happening. If the model cannot be posted publicly, you can post a private question that only we will see.
