Problem with licence activation

Hello,

I have a problem with license activation. I have FlexSim installed on two PC's, on the first one everything is OK, but on the second one, when I activate our company license (returning it previously from first PC), in license activation window it writes that request successfully processed, yet there is no impact on model, It is still limited, as it would be still access for trial version. This second PC was previously used by my colleague (he left the company recently), some time ago everything worked good, we were able to swap the licenses between two our PC's with no problems.

Hello Steven, Sorted now, I found there were 3 different versions of FlexSim on this PC. It automatically opens the files with newest version (18.1) once I uninstalled it, 17.1 becomed default version and the license is working perfectly now.

@Blazej T Have you tried "Open Default Workspace" or closed and reopened Flexsim after you actived the license?

If that doesn't work can you check on the License Server tab of the License Activation window if something else then Enterprise is checked out?

I Checked Open Defauld Workspace and file close and reopen - doesn't work. But I think I know the reason. On this problematic PC we have licence for 18.1 update and I cannot upgrade the license as our maintenance contract has expired. On first PC I still have 17.1.1 version. Could it be the issue? If yes how can I "downgrade" Flexsim verion from 18.1 to 17.1 on this problematic PC?
