License activation error

I get the error "Operations error: 7288 The activation of the fulfillment is denied by the activation policy because fulfill count exceeded the available seat count. [Incident# 5471-61566]" when I try to activate the license key for server using FLEXSIMSERVERACTUTIL. Software version is 7.5.

Yes i am using on elserver1 but it shows "express" as license type and not educational all 100 licenses would be served to clients from this server and i get error 7288 when i activate license on flexsim master license server for first time also

II think a university shouldn't let users activate licenses on computers. It is better to create a license server and serve network licenses to the users over a virtual private network.

You find the lan license server tools under the Link tab in user account.

The university is coordinating with the server provider to set up the license. We need support to host it which for some reason we are not able to do.. Kindly support us

@Pawan Sharma As far as we know, your university is working with the local FlexSim distributor to resolve this issue.

This means that somebody else already activated the activation ID and there are no available licenses any more
