Operations Error - 7288

Hello, I am trying to use my flexsim (5.04) product after a few years of absence. I am receiving the following error when trying to activate the license: Operations error: 7288 The activation of the fulfillment is denied by the activation policy because fulfill count exceeded the available seat count. [Incident# 5447-533461] I know I am not presently on maintenance but I thought I could still use my version without maintenance. Cheers, Scott

You are receiving that error because your license has already been activated on a computer. To activate the license on a different computer, you need to return it from the computer it is on. Your license is activated on a computer named DTI-DESKTOP.

You can continue to use your license after your maintenance has expired. You just can't upgrade to a version of the software that was released after your maintenance date.

Okay, that makes sense. I think that was an activation on a Hard drive that crashed. Now that the drive is gone how do I return it from that computer?
