Our FlexSim license was activated on a coworkers computer. She got an upgrade and we didn't think to return the license beforehand. Now the license still shows checked out by the old computer, but with no way to return the license and reactivate it on the new computer. I found some previous topics that dealt with the same issue, however the final solution was not posted. Please assist.

Matt, can you create another question and mark it private and include the license activation ID that needs to be returned? Or other information that will help us identify which license should be returned. If you mark your question private, only FlexSim employees will be able to see it so you information will not be shown to others.
