hello,
first i will explain how this model works, my problem within the queue3 and queue4, lets say that queue3 represents a retailer and the orders that had been purchased moves to the queue4.
now i use this process flow to generate the customers it works fine but in the acquire activity named "waiting in line to buy" when i set the max waiting time to 10 (or any number doesn't matter) i want to send those customers who waits too long to the Sink but actually the products(items) who goes to the sink and in the 3d model you can see that curContent =24 and in the process flow the available products are = 0, that's means items are sent to sink doesn't get another customer to buy it.
how to translate my point of view into the process flow so that the customers are the ones who sent to the sink not the products?
