First Available Puller to Pull from List

Hi all,

I'm trying to find a way that the pullers pulling from a list use a first available logic. The model I have attached shows the Processors "rotating" through as they pull items from the list. I would like to make it where if Processor 1 is available it will always pull the next item...then Processor 2 and so forth. Rather than rotating through all the processors before Processor 1 pulls another item.

Hope this makes sense. Find a sample model attached.

Thanks in advance!

I took a look at your model and changed a few things. I added decision points and put them into a group. I also added a process flow to your model. Hopefully this helps!

Attached below is the new model I made.

@Isaac L I'm trying to recreate your logic, but am having issues. On my Event Triggered Source and Wait for Event activities the "Label Matching/Assignment" table seems different than yours. Your table has additional columns to enter in data where mine only has the two columns...why would this be? I have a screenshot of the view I see on my Wait for Event activity.

@Mason W I am using FlexSim version 18.1 and it looks like you are using 18.0.3. It should work the same though. If you upload your model I can take a look at it if you would like.
