both task executor1 and customer flowitems, i tried to create the customer flowitems on the network node but it doesn't work.

for now it's important for me to make the task executor1 follow the network node although it's attached to the network node but it doesn't follow it

Your issue is the same as number 2 in this one. Load and Unload tasks use offset travel and offset travel doesn't use a navigator, by default. Either give the TE a travel task or configure the TE to use the navigator for offset travel.

You'll run into number 1 when you get to the customer. (You need to connect TE flowitems to the network). You'll also run into this issue. (You need to move the customer out of the queue before telling them to travel).

I tried what you told me about creating the customer on the network node but it didn't work and i didn't get the other solutions. on the other hand, i used a travel and move object for the Task executor1 and it works fine. i will try for the customer the same and will share my progress.

thank you for helping me always.
