There's another question that references battery levels in AGVs that can be found here.
I think you can use similar logic to what they have and alter part of it (like I've shown in the picture below) so that the AGV system will stop if the battery level is insufficient. I'm not sure the exact parameters of your model, but hopefully this helps give you an idea. If you'd like to upload a sample model, we can try and incorporate these ideas into it for you.
