Installation FlexSim 18.2.2 I can not see the objects

Hello everyone

I have installed FlexSim version 18.2.2 but I can not see the objects in the model screen.

I drag the objects but they are not shown

Help please.

The specification of Pc are:

I don´t know if the specifications are the problem

Basically, be sure your graphics drivers are up to date. If you have an NVIDIA or AMD graphics card, you will need to download the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website.

Thanks @jordan.johnson I have set in global preferences: OpenGl Context Generic

From the linked article:

The Generic context is the last resort option... Compatibility mode/Generic Context is not intended for long term use. Revert to this mode only if you must use a computer that doesn't meet FlexSim's system requirements.

If your computer does have a graphics card in it that supports OpenGL 3.1 or higher, it should be able to support FlexSim. As you build larger and more complex models, you will appreciate the added performance of accelerated graphics.

As @jordan.johnson mentioned, the most likely solution is an update to your graphics drivers. You won't regret it if your computer has the hardware.
