You can export data from SAP into excel format I believe, then import it into Flexsim using the Excel importing tool. Search "Excel" in the user manual in Flexsim for more information on how to import files from Excel into Flexsim. Are you currently having problems with importing your excel file from the shared network drive?

Yes, I am facing issues there as well.

If the drive is not mapped in the system, the network path specified in Flexsim gets preceded by the local path where the Flexsim model is saved. And it throws Excel Read Error.

And if I map the drive in local system, then also Flexsim is throwing Excel Read Error.

Please read and adapt the information on your system

SAP help business warehouse connection (Live Data Connection to SAP BW via HTTP Server (SAP Data Center))

in combination with JSON in FlexSim

read and write json data.

Please don't contact me on this directly again, I am not an SAP expert not even a user nor am I a data interface expert.

Please copy the file to a local directory. You can try to this within FlexSim or a batch file. You copy your data from the local copy. You prevent difficulties concerning 2 or more people try to access the shared resource.
