I'm trying to test my model and I can't seem to get anything to show up in my dashboard even though my patient is going from one destination to the next.
Thanks!

You're missing two steps:
1) The milestone data isn't updated until a patient leaves the model. Currently no patients are leaving.
2) You haven't selected a sample set on those charts. Double click on the chart, Hit the green plus sign under Sample Sets and choose (for example) Standard > All Patients.
Thanks Matthew.
I made a new milestone for this model to upload, but forgot to select All Patients. My biggest concern is the part about no patients leaving. We are wanting to show the same patients ultimately being in the "System" indefinitely. But to also show the milestones it seems they would have to leave. Is it possible to at the end of the simulation time to just have everyone leave regardless of their position, in order to populate the milestones? Or is there another way to show these milestones?. For background, we are modeling the onboarding of patients onto a Nurse Practitioner's patient roster. We'd like a patient to "go home" after their initial visit and them by some distribution return. Our main goal is to model how long it was take from when they call to make an appointment to when they are actually seen (and therefore they need to be doing this from within the system). Thanks!
Without using a daily or weekly global table, is there a way to write a code that would let all patients go to step 70 regardless of their position within the system... leave system based on a simulation time. i.e. day 291?
Thanks again, Katie
Still working on this project, and the same issue has come up. Is there a way to model milestone-milestone times without having the patients leave the system? I'm looking to see how long it takes patients to go from step "3 to 5". Is there another dashboard feature that may do this?
Thanks,
Katie
Do you still need help with this? I talked to Cliff and he thinks he helped you solve this issue by telling you to use the Dwell Time chart to record the time the at the patients are staying at their "home" location.
