What would be the solution for this small production line?

I want to create cylinders for every 12 boxes passing by production line. for a quantity of 42, i will have 3 cylinder and 6 boxes left. how to release these 6 boxes and create another cylinder?

The same, I want to create a pallet for every 18 boxes crossing the production line. for my firs reference (11619144), I will have 42/18 = 2 pallets and 6 boxes left. how to release these boxes and create another palett juste for 6 boxes to finish this referece?

In the third Process flow, I want to have circles and for the seconde line or reference, I dont want to have a cricle, that is why (0) in CylinderQuantity. But it is creating 35 cirlces. I want to have cirlcles juste for 2 references not for all. is there a solution?

Hello Abbas, if you want to release a batch that has not been completed, use a max wait or idle timer:

I don't think this is the good way to proceed. I advice you to build just a very small Process Flow focused on testing how the max wait/idle timer works. Once you completed this step at a small scale, then try to adapt it in your model at a larger scale.

Notice that the Batch activity is very well documented in the user manual > Reference > Process Flow activities > Basic.

@Abbas E If you complete Tutorial 4.1 (shown below; found in the user manual), you will learn about the Max Wait Timer and how to implement it. It's a simple example, but allows you to see it in action.
