How to transport the quantities .

For example，I want to transport 100 quantities at the first time then transport 150 quantities at the second time.Transport the quantities what I want.How to solve this problem by using process flow.

how can I set up that the operator handling goods second time

after Queue2's goods are all run out that operator handling to first time .

Can you add a global list and push the items to it from your source?

Can you take a screenshot of where Queue2 is, the names for all your queues in the tree are in characters I can't read and the name for each object is displayed as the picture shows below.
