Hi @joey S,
I apologize that your question has been left unanswered for almost a week. We have been on holiday here at FlexSim U.S.
If I'm understanding your question correctly, you would like to stack items in a queue in the pyramid shape. This would require a significant amount of custom code, and therefore may not be practical. You would have to find the x and y locations of each box, calculate the dimensions of the queue and each box, and then assign the boxes a location based on that. It could get messy, but it is possible.
Is there a particular reason why you want to arrange in a pyramid shape? For example, is the max content of your queue limited? If not, and this is strictly for visual purposes, I recommend avoiding this. Your simulation data will not change regardless of how the boxes are visually arranged in a queue.
If you want to set the locations of queued items the stacking option is do nothing.
