Problem mporting .jt files

Hello,

I am trying to import a .jt file into a Shape by browsing the file I want to use in the appearance section of its general properties. Nonetheless, after importing the file no render comes out, the size of the 3D shape shows up but has no filling.

Has anyone had success importing a .jt file?

Thank you in advance.

Andrea

In my tests, I have not come across a JT file that didn't import. Please post the JT file you are trying to import so that we can debug what is happening. You can post a private question if the data is sensitive.

Attached (jt-files.fsm) is a model that shows several imported JT files.

Hi Phil,

Thank you for your example file. I found out that the problem was that by I was exporting a .dwg file using FactoryCAD with the default settings. The .jt import in Flexsim works fine when choosing the Highest LOD for FactoryCAD objects option when exporting a .dwg file to .jt. Otherwise I'm not able to visualize any object.

Thank you for your quick answer.

Best Regards.
