Picking in batch by process flow

Hi,

How can I batch pick based on the order number indicated in the global table so that the picker can pick in one trip. I tried batching the tokens in group of 3 according to my line of order, but the picker is not moving at all.

Hope someone could guide me on where to make the amendments. Thanks in advance.

Take a look at the changes I made to your model and if it is working how you want it to.

Hi @Joshua S ,

Thanks for your reply. However, it is not working like how I want it to. I would like to pick based on the OrderNo as shown below. Pick 1 to pick 4 is under OrderNo1, therefore I would like the operator to take Pick1 to Pick4 at one go, going back to the staging area after picking all 4 picks.

Sorry, I forgot the part that it was based off of OrderNo. Here is your model with that in mind. I also built it so that it will scale to changes you make to the Table, so you can increase the amount of orders, different quantity amounts, and number of Picks per OrderNo.
