Separator for Rack and Bins

Hi,

I have a rack with some bins entering a separator. Once it passes the separator it should unpack racks to one queue and containers to one queue.

I have 16 racks and I created label for the racks similarly bins have labels as well. But i am unable to use those labels to unpack with the separator. As of now i am using unpack entire quantity as logic and it is not helping. Could you help me with this ?

@BHARGAVA S, Please attach your model. Thanks!

There are two major concepts of the separator objects. Split and Unpack. Split divides the entering item into many of the same kind. You can use a label to set the quantity you want to get. Unpack separates a container structure of the entering item. The entering item must have a sub level of items. These former packed items are leaving the processor as single items. And the entering item is leaving, too.

If your container item stores more items than you want to unpack, you can change the source code of unpack thus the container isn't unpacked totally.
