How to stop and Delay with the condition

Hi Guys,

In my Model,

I have been trying to apply the Stop and Delay condition for the flow item moving on a conveyor system.(Please see the picture to see to which photo-eye I have applied the condition to).

I can easily stop the item but I can't resume the flow. The condition that I want to resume it on, I have already triggered that in the model. Please have a look at the model. I hope you will be able to help me

You need an outside source to resume the object. That trigger only fires when it is blocked, it doesn't listen then to the conditions you have set. I would suggest adding a Event-triggered source activity that listens to your condition change then resumes the item. I made some changes to the model to show a way you can achieve this.

17065-17062-exp3.fsmHi @Joshua S thanks for the quick reply. It was really helpful.

Do you think I can use the same kind of thing to assign the task sequence to the AGV as-well? The issue that I am currently facing is that, when I run the model, the more than 1 item gets accumulated onto the in/out conveyor as the AGV goes and picks up another AGV from the queue rather than waiting for the one coming out of the flow. Please can you suggest what can be done to resolve this situation?
